This is an open discussion first to the Identity Legal Framework working session that attended and secondly to Identity Commons as a whole:
The topic of this discussion is the consensus that was discussed in the working session:
Consensus that an individuals original and identifying data is owned by that idividual. E.g. Biometrics.
A suggestion has been given that we continue this discussion in an online collaborative environment, like web-ex live meeting planned for a half hour session possible wednesday the 20th of December.
